All requests must be reviewed and approved by ETS who reserves the right to modify or reject programs determined to be inappropriate or of poor technical quality. Requests must comply with copyright law and Fair Use.

A department, group, or organization desiring to display programming on the WebMedia site can submit a request to plins@mtu.edu. The following information should be included in the request:

• Name of requestor
• Phone/e-mail
• Dept/organization
• Account Number
• Title, dates, and time of program
• Dates to be started/removed
